Bookings/Prices (pdf) - Seaview is available on a self-catering weekly basis, and long weekends out of season. Our prices vary throughout the season and include all electricity, oil, gas and linen but not towels, there are no additional charges. One well-behaved pet is permitted for which there is no charge, but tenants will be held responsible for any damage caused to the furnishings. If more than one pet is requested then this will be assessed on an individual basis.
To book/enquire please advise us by e-mail here which week, please also supply a valid e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and the number in your party, and if available we will hold the property in your name for 7 days pending receipt of the deposit at which time it will be marked on the web site as booked. Our terms are 30% deposit on booking and the balance paid one month prior to entry. If the time from booking to entry is less than one month then the full rental should be paid at the time of booking. Payments should be made by cheque to Mrs Maria Blair and sent to 33 Faulds Gate, Kincorth, Aberdeen AB12 5QX.
