Ground floor comprising Porch, hallway, and toilet and to the left a large open plan kitchen/dining room while to the right a large open plan lounge/dining room with patio doors. The Lounge has a television and DVD player while the Kitchen/dining has a stereo system with CD, record player, radio tuner, double tape.
Upstairs comprises all sleeping accommodation there are four double bedrooms all with double beds additionally one has bunk beds, there is a common bathroom and the master bedroom has En Suite facilities. There are electric showers in the En Suite and bathroom. All front facing rooms including lounge and kitchen share the spectacular views of the shoreline, across the sea to the Isle-of-sky and down the Sound of Sleat towards the Atlantic Ocean. The house is heated by oil central heating, water is by central heating or Electric and there is a coal effect fire in the living room. Seaview is suitable for parties of eight (10 using bunk beds), often in the past two families have shared a holiday in Seaview.
